At EVOQEL GROUP LTD, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our digital services. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we have established the following refund policy.
Clients can request to cancel a project within 24 hours of making the payment for a full refund, provided that the work has not yet commenced.
Once the work has started on a service (e.g., SEO audits, website wireframes, or ad campaigns), we offer partial refunds based on the percentage of work completed. If the project is fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
For custom AI solutions and software, refunds are only applicable if the final product significantly fails to meet the agreed-upon technical specifications documented in the initial proposal.
To request a refund, please email info@evoqel.com with your order details. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal/Wise) within 7-10 business days.
